Start your day by consuming lemon water in the morning or if you feel hungry you can mix 2 tablespoons of sattu powder in 1 glass of water and drink it. Sattu helps to keep your body cool in this summer. Do Surya namaskar everyday. Start with 5 repeatation then increase it till 40 during this 7 days period. Then do some cardio or warm up exercise or simply running/speed walking. Do some abs work out and stretching and lastly end your morning workout session with pranayam and omkar that makes your mind feel relaxed. In the evening you can go for a walk in the nearby park of your area.
