Make your body healthy and fit in 1 week workout challenge
- Start your day by consuming lemon water in the morning or if you feel hungry you can mix 2 tablespoons of sattu powder in 1 glass of water and drink it. Sattu helps to keep your body cool in this summer.
- Do Surya namaskar everyday. Start with 5 repeatation then increase it till 40 during this 7 days period.
- Then do some cardio or warm up exercise or simply running/speed walking.
- Do some abs work out and stretching and lastly end your morning workout session with pranayam and omkar that makes your mind feel relaxed.
- In the evening you can go for a walk in the nearby park of your area. You can also carry a pair of badminton and can play with your family members, friends, children etc.
- If you like dancing, you can practice it at home watching you tube videosin your free time.
